what is the Run?
The Beaumont Spirit Run is an annual event that benefits all 10 schools in the Beaumont Unified School District. Since 2010, the Pass area community has gathered in the fall to participate in the event, which includes a 1k kids run, 5k run/walk/stroller, and 10k competitive run. From parents and grandparents who walk the course to serious runners determined to win, they have a common goal – to support our schools.

In our first year, the Beaumont Spirit Run presented each of nine schools a check for $1300. In our second year, we included the continuation school and gave all ten schools a check for at least $1700. Some schools received even more because they did fundraising on their own campuses. The money was distributed to the PTAs and ASBs of each school, who had the opportunity to use the money where it was most needed. Beaumont Spirit Run proceeds funded important programs, including enriching assemblies, sports equipment, field trips, and after-school running clubs.

While raising money for underfunded programs, the Beaumont Spirit Run unites the community and creates a celebration focused on fitness and healthy living.

Each year, businesses and service agencies in our community step forward in support of education by sponsoring the Beaumont Spirit Run. As a result of our generous sponsors, every dollar of registration fees goes directly to our schools.

It takes many hearts and hands to organize the Beaumont Spirit Run. We could use your help.

Just letting a few friends know about our event is a great help. The more involvement, the better the outcome. Please take a moment to let a friend know about the Beaumont Spirit Run.
